I recently had the joy of hosting a birthday brunch for my mom. She always does so much for the family and I had a hard time thinking of a time when she got to sit back and relax! It was a delight to be able to make all the food and serve her (although she did insist on bringing something so brought her deviled eggs). Since her birthday is the day before spring I thought it would be fun to do a Spring Brunch Tablescape.
I’m always looking for an opportunity to use my pink depression glass collections. I used my favorite Miss America pattern bowls and drinking glasses. And what better to accent the pink depression glass than my gold flatware set.
For the floral arrangements I stayed with the springy pink and purple theme and chose tulips in shades of dark purple, true pink, and a light pinky purple. I found this idea on Pinterest (see pin here) and loved the idea of arranging the tulips within the cylinder vases.
Everything came together perfectly and ended up making for a spring brunch tablescape that would also be perfect for Easter or Mother’s Day. See the end of this post for all the resources as to where you can find these items for your very own spring brunch tablescape.

Such a pretty table setup! The pink glass is lovely on its own, but absolutely perfect for spring!
