Snowy wintery mornings with a cup of hot coffee, twinkling white lights, cozy throws and warm pecan buns. Can it get any more cozy then that? While I will admit that at my time of writing we haven’t had snow yet, I can feel it in the air. It’s coming and you know what…I think I’m ok with that.
White lights, cozy slippers, cheerful pajamas and hot coffee are all made even better by one particular way in our home: with the addition of fresh out of the oven Pecan Cinnamon Roll Caramel Rolls. But let’s be honest. Who really has the time to always crank out a batch of the homemade version? Afterall, it is usually a two day ordeal with allowing the dough to rise numerous times…and let’s not forget the many bowls needed for all the various steps. That’s where Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls found at Sam’s Club come in to play!
The recipe is so simple and such a fun way to elevate a package of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls. I just brought brown sugar, butter and the frosting found in the tube of cinnamon rolls to a boil. I poured the caramel mixture into a 9” round, topped with chopped pecans and the cinnamon roll dough. And within 20 minutes the boys and I were downing Pecan Cinnamon Roll Caramel Rolls!
