Easter is right around the corner so I just had to share a family favorite recipe for Pineapple Sauce. This sauce is so easy to make and is perfect to smother over Easter ham. Plus, you know how ham can get cold pretty quickly? Well this recipe is served hot so it just warms your ham right back up.
Every year since I was a little girl my mom would make the Easter ham and my grandma would bring her Pineapple sauce. I don’t know where the recipe originated from it has just always been called “Grandma’s Pineapple Sauce”. Just the other day Mom & I were going over the Easter menu and a big smile came to my face when I heard her say “and Grandma will be bringing her Pineapple Sauce.”While it won’t taste quite as good as if my grandma made it (grandma food always tastes AMAZING!), I do hope you try this recipe on your family this Easter!
